 As Site Operations Manager (m/f/d) you are directly reporting to the Operations Management Level and will be an essential part of our journey, with plenty of opportunities for your own personal and professional growth. 
 
Your Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at our facilities on the former Tegel airport (prototyping, assembly, logistics, testing, warehouse management)
• Operate the on-site testbed
• Support the Software- and Hardware-Engineering team in day-to-day operations
• Take on special projects as needed

 

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or a degree in electrical / mechanical engineering or adjacent fields
• 3y+ professional experience in a similar role
• A high level of initiative, problem solving and decision making
• Confident demeanor, discretion, and reliability, empathy and conflict resolution skills
• Team spirit to interact effectively with other teams and departments
• Organizational skills to manage inventory, logistics and processes
• Good German and English skills (both written and spoken)
• A driver's license is required
